Nadine is a considerate, intuitive, down to earth and insightful practitioner. Chinese Medicine was introduced to her at an early age by her parents, and she experienced the effectiveness of acupuncture through personal experience as a teenager suffering from chronic migraines. This sparked her interest in natural medicine and food as medicine. Nadine’s goal when working with a client is to bring the body back to homeostasis where the incredible healing capabilities of our bodies are able to maintain harmony. Nadine works with the client to create manageable and realistic lifestyle changes that best suit them and their body type.
Her treatment may include cupping, gua sha, Shiatsu or Tuina massage techniques to help support relaxation and the healing process. Nadine also believes in a strong emotional connection to health; and the benefits of food, lifestyle choices and movement in consideration of a person’s well-being.
Nadine’s special interests include pain management, emotional health and addictions, reproductive health and pediatric health. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Chinese Medicine) from Southern School of Natural Therapies and is an AHPRA registered practitioner.
