As a naturally inquisitive person, Jess is drawn to the pattern differentiation systems that form the basis of diagnostics in Chinese medicine. A passionate and dedicated Chinese Medicine practitioner, Jess strives to discover the underlying cause for dis-ease and works closely with her clients to develop a tailored approach to support each person’s unique needs.
Over her career, Jess has developed a keen interest in the psycho-emotional aspects of health and aims to guide her clients through their behavioural patterns and habits in order to let go of the factors contributing to illness, stress or trauma. Her sessions weave together Acupuncture, body work, massage, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion (heat therapy), and Chinese Herbal medicine to restore harmony, wellbeing and contentment. Her main areas of focus includes mental health, digestive wellbeing, hormonal and menstrual regulation, fertility, and musculoskeletal aches and pains.
Jess is driven by the joy she feels in seeing her clients reach their full potential to live a life more aligned to their innate self-expression and own source of happiness. She welcomes all clients including teenagers, adults, POC and LGBTQIA+ community.
When not in the clinic, Jess enjoys hiking and adventures in nature, tending to her cheeky chooks and her thriving veggie patch.
