You may have noticed that you couldn't make a massage appointment for the past couple of weeks. The good news - Massage is available for online bookings again. 7 days a week!

We are still open for essential care. Hope everyone stays warm and safe.

In Winter we see a lot more plantar fasciitis in the clinic. Today we are using electro acupuncture and heat therapy, combined with massage and linament for a well-rounded approach.

Just a quick update to let our patients know that we can remain open to provide essential care.

As the days get shorter it can sometimes feel hard to fit everything thing in around work.

We hope you all managed to have a fun and relaxing break and got to see some loved ones in the flesh!

I get asked a lot if I do acupuncture on myself. And the answer is yes absolutely! Though I often prefer it done by fellow practitioners so I can relax and enjoy the treatment.
